AXISLean (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the AXISLean Mobile Application and associated website. This Privacy Policy details our operational protocols regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal, biometric, and fitness data collected from users.

1. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY & UNDERAGE RESTRICTIONS (COPPA COMPLIANCE)

Our platform and physical supplement products are strictly intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years of age. AXISLean does not knowingly collect, solicit, or maintain personal or biometric information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, do not attempt to register for the application, purchase subscriptions, or send any personal data about yourself to us. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a minor under the age of 18, we will purge that data from our secure databases immediately. If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe your child under 18 has registered or provided personal information, please contact our support team at legal@axislean.com for immediate remediation.

2. SENSITIVE HEALTH DATA & PREGNANCY TRACKING PROVISIONS

The AXISLean application tracks various health parameters, including weight logs, caloric consumption, hydration metrics, and wearable data (sleep and heart rate). * PREGNANCY STATUS NOTICE: Our physical supplement product lines contain active, highly potent metabolic and cellular energizers that have not been formulated for, nor evaluated in, pregnant or nursing women. Users are strictly advised against utilizing the physical supplement protocols if they are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or lactating. * PRIVACY SECURITY: Any health, fitness, or biometric information you log manually, or synchronize via third-party APIs (such as Apple HealthKit, Google Fit, or Oura Ring), is treated as restricted sensitive data. This information is used solely to train your in-app AI Coach and optimize your daily protocol. We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal biometric data to third-party advertisers or data brokers.
